Our Workshops at the Thames Festival: Saturday 10th

We have an exciting line up of workshops for our area at the Thames Festival.

With 4 workshops on Saturday 10th and 3 on Sunday 11th September its going to be a fun packed day. 

Here's the full details of our Saturday workshops:

Saturday 10th September:

12pm - 2pm: Make up fun fascinator with Hatastic (and badges for the boys!) using upcycled materials such as offcuts of leather, feathers, sequins and beads.

2.30pm - 4.30pm: Join our Paper Party with Biba's Tea Party and make some fun items like

Paper party garlands

Making paper flowers

Paper Chains

Paper Bunting

Help decorate the We Make workshop area with a paper bunting spelling out  'Craft Trail 2011', we will photograph everyone involved in the banner and add it to our blog after the event

 5pm- 7pm: Learn the art of Cross stitching with Make Industries. Make a Union Jack patch

7.30pm - 9pm:  Join Heart Zeena  Make your own London inspired lavender bag!
Learn how to create your very own London themed lavender bag, cut your pattern, practice your sewing skills and fill your creation full of lavender grown in London! You'll go home with a beautifully crafted, scented treat! a perfect Thames Festival keepsake!
